During 2023, Eastern Water Resources Development and Management Public Company Limited
announced a dividend payment for the year 2022 according to the resolution of the Annual Shareholders’
General Meeting on 20 April 2023 at the rate of 0.09 baht per share. PWA received dividends on
19 May 2023 in the amount of 60.19 million baht and announced an interim dividend payment for the
six-month period ended 30 June 2023, according to the resolution of the Board of Directors’ Meeting
No. 10/2023 on 31 August 2023 at the rate of 0.05 baht per share. PWA received dividends
on 29 September 2023 in the amount of 33.44 million baht.
During 2022, Eastern Water Resources Development and Management Public Company Limited
announced a dividend payment for the year 2021 according to the resolution of the Board of Directors’
Meeting 2022 on 29 April 2022 at the rate of 0.24 baht per share. PWA received dividends
on 27 May 2022 in the amount of 160.51 million baht and announced an interim dividend payment for
the six-month period ended 30 June 2022, according to the resolution of the Board of Directors’ meeting
no. 9/2022 on 29 August 2022 at the rate of 0.12 baht per share. PWA received dividends
on 27 September 2022 in the amount of 80.26 million baht.

5.7 Other Non-Current Financial Assets

As at 30 September 2023 and 2022, PWA had other non-current financial assets of
38.85 and 38.13 million baht, respectively. The details are as follows:
