5.7 Other Non-Current Financial Assets (Cont.)
During 2023, the Pathum Thani Water Company Limited announced the payment of dividends
for the year 2022 to the shareholders according to the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2023
on 11 April 2023 at the rate of 23.3131 baht per share. PWA received dividends of 5.60 million baht
on 18 April 2023 and declared interim dividend payment for the six-month period ended 30 June 2023
according to the resolution of the Board of Directors Meeting no. 3/2023 on 10 August 2023 at the rate
of 28.4284 baht per share. PWA received dividends on 7 September 2023 in the amount of
6.83 million baht.
During 2022, the Pathum Thani Water Company Limited announced the payment of dividends
for the year 2021 to the shareholders according to the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2022
on 11 March 2022 at the rate of 26.847 baht per share. PWA received dividends of 6.45 million baht
on 28 March 2022 and declared interim dividend payment for the six-month period ended 30 June 2022
according to the resolution of the Board of Directors Meeting no. 4/2022 on 11 August 2022 at the
rate of 24.1918 baht per share. PWA received dividends on 9 September 2022 in the amount of
5.81 million baht.
