Bank of Ayudhya Loans (Contract no. 2021/3)
Loans from Bank of Ayudhya amounting to 1,027.38 million baht, which both principals
and interests of the loans are not guaranteed by the Ministry of Finance, are used for 15 investment projects.

Loan repayment period is 2 years from the first loan withdrawal date. The initial
disbursement of 100.00 million baht was made on 17 September 2021, and all loans were determined to
be withdrawn within 12 months from the first loan withdrawal date.
The 6-month Bangkok Interbank Offered Rate (BIBOR) according to the Bank of Thailand’s
announcement is used as the calculation basis of the loan interest rate at 0.09 percent per year and
determined to use the BIBOR at the date of the first loan withdrawal with adjustment every 6 months
in case of changes while the interest is to be repaid every 6 months from 17 September 2021.
