7.1 Lawsuits (cont.)
7.1.7 The litigant filed a lawsuit with Phitsanulok Administrative Court, Black Case No. 61/2020,
requesting the Court to determine PWA to remove waterworks pipes from the litigant’s land and pay
compensation. The monetary claim amounted to 6.24 million baht with default interest rate of 7.5 percent
per year of the capital from the date of holding ownership of land until the payment is fully made.
The case is now pending under consideration of Phitsanulok Administrative Court.
7.1.8 The litigant filed a lawsuit with the Office of Civil Proceeding Termination and arbitration,
the Office of the Attorney General, requesting PWA to pay building and land tax for the fiscal year 2019
for waterworks pipes under the Building and Land Act B.E. 2475 (1932) Section 6 (1). The monetary claim
amounted to 0.23 million baht with legal additional money.
The case is now pending under consideration of the Office of Civil Proceeding Termination
and arbitration, the Office of the Attorney General.
7.1.9 The litigant filed a lawsuit with the Labor Court Region 5, Black Case No. Ror65/2023,
requesting the Court to determine PWA to pay remuneration of 0.02 million baht, compensation of
0.11 million baht, and damage from unfair dismissal of 3 million baht together with interest, due to
unfair performance appraisal non-compliance with competency assessment criteria, causing contract
renewal default.
The case is now pending under consideration of the Labor Court Region 5.
7.1.10 The litigant filed a lawsuit with Phitsanulok Administrative Court, Black Case No. 57/2023,
requesting the Court to determine PWA to refrain from water tariff collection in the area with
water leakage with the monetary claim amounting to 0.02 million baht. Mediation shall proceed to
alleviate suffering of water users.
The case is now pending under consideration of Phitsanulok Administrative Court.

7.2 Contractual Obligation
As at 30 September 2023, PWA has obligations under the contract that cannot be
terminated with the minimum amount of money to be paid in the future as follows:

7.3 Capital Expenditure Obligation
As at 30 September 2024, PWA has capital expenditure obligations under the contract
for water distribution piping construction that have not been recognized in the financial statement in the
amount of 3,874.55 million baht.
