specifying the measures or a method of protection
for temporary injunction before the judgment
of the Administrative Court of First Instance.
It ordered PWA to stop purchasing water
supply (sea water) from the company from
12 January 2023 onwards.

4 Sattahip Water Supply 30 years Eastern Water - The contract commenced from 28 February
Project 28 July 2000 Resource 2001 to 27 February 2031.
Amended Development and - The company pays a return to PWA at a
18 October Management specified rate of 7% of monthly water sales and
2004 Public Company service.
Limited - The amended contract specified an additional
construction of production system for Pattaya
Waterworks.
- The water price rate was set according to the
specified calculation formula and the minimum
water quantity purchased.
- PWA has to pay compensation to the
company for the minimum water quantity and
the quality determined. In case the quality is
lower than the standard, the company has to
compensate to PWA at the rate of 5%
if lower than the highest level and at the rate
of 10% if lower than the acceptable level.
The company will pay benefits to the PWA
at the rate of 0.01% of total revenue from
distributing water to Pattaya Waterworks.
- Any ownership of additional installed and
modified facilities shall belong to PWA after
the contract ends [in terms of distribution
system and remote control system or SCADA.

5 Nakhon Pathom - 30 years TTW PLC. - The contract commenced from 21 July 2004 -
Samut Sakhon Water 21 September Or Thai Tap Water 20 July 2034.
Supply Project (BOO) 2000 Supply Public - The company shall retain the ownership of
