8. Private Joint Venture Projects
As at 30 September 2023, PWA has the private joint venture contracts totaling 10 projects as follows:

1995 Co., Ltd. - After the end of the contract, the facilities
constructed by the company will be transferred
to PWA.
- The water price rate is set according to the
specified calculation formula and the minimum
water quantity purchased is determined.
- After the end of the contract, PWA entered to
the contract with the Company for water supply
production and rental rights of PWA production
system under the contact no. Kor Por Phor.
Khor. 2/160/2566 for the period of 10 year from
15 October 2023 to 14 October 2033.

2 Ratchaburi- 30 years EGCOM Tara - The contract commenced from 7 April 2001
Samut Songkhram Water 23 June 1999 Co., Ltd. to 6 April 2031.
Supply Project (BOO) - The water price rate is set according to the
specified calculation formula and the minimum
water quantity purchased is determined.
The construction by the Company consisted of
the following two parts:
Part 1: The production system shall be
proposed to sell to PWA when the contract
ends with no intention to continue the operation.
Part 2: The construction ownership of substations
at Damneon Saduak Waterworks and Samut
Songkhram Waterworks shall be transferred to
the PWA once completely constructed at no
cost.

3 Phuket Water Supply 10 years Require - The contract commenced from 15 December
Project (BOO) 28 October Construction 2000 – 14 December 2025.
1999 Co., Ltd. - The contract was amended that PWA has to
Amended to (Now changed its buy more water supply from the company and
25 years name to REQ the contact term was extended to 25 years
27 December Water Services from the date of delivering water supply on
