- In case PWA orders the company to construct
the additional water supply system in which
the company invested, PWA shall pay back
to the company afterward. In case PWA
constructs the additional system, the company
shall control the rate of water loss from such
additional water supply system.
- The water price rate is set according to the
specified calculation formula and the minimum
water quantity purchased is determined.

8 Bangpakong Water Supply 25 years Bangpakong - The contract commenced from 1 April 2003 to

to the consumers’ meter on behalf of PWA.
