- PWA has to pay compensation to the company
for the minimum water quantity and the
quality determined. In case the quality is
lower than the standard, the company has
to compensate to PWA at the rate of 5%
if lower than the highest level and at the rate
of 10% if lower than the acceptable level.

6 Nakorn Sawan Aok Water 25 years Nakorn Sawan - The contract commenced from 1 March 2003
Supply Project (BOOT) 7 November Water Supply to 28 February 2028.
2000 Co., Ltd. - The company shall transfer the ownership of
facilities to PWA at the end of the contract,
(after the date examining the production system
in another 600 days).
- The company is solely responsible for the cost
of improvement, maintenance, and expansion
of the production capacity of production
system, including administration and delivery
of water to the consumers’ meter on behalf of
PWA.
- In case PWA orders the company to construct
the additional water supply system in which
the company invested, PWA shall pay back
to the company afterward. In case PWA constructs
the additional system, the company shall control
the rate of water loss from such additional
water supply system.
- The water price rate is set according to the
specified calculation formula and the minimum
water quantity purchased is determined.

7 Chachoengsao Water 25 years Chachoengsao - The contract commenced from 1 April 2003 to
